Revoicing Jane was a fun challenge, as I wanted to capture her youthful defiance, while maintaining her clipped English accent. There’s also a level of conviction in her character that reminds us of how young she actually is.

Making something sound ‘conversational’ is something that I used to find intimidating – how do you try and sound natural when there’s a microphone in front of you? But I found embodying Ellie’s mannerisms really helped bring out a more natural delivery.

Without a doubt, this is my favourite Pixar movie! I love the chemistry between feisty Colette and the uncertain Linguini, and it was so liberating to be the more dominant character in this scene.

This one was probably the most difficult revoicing collab I’d done so far. As a big fan of both games, performing Abby was definitely a task - with her being such a complex character. Channelling her pure fury, rage and adrenalin was the most compelling part for me.

Wow, was this one a toughie! Salma Hayek has such a warm and seductive tone to her voice, so finding that in my own was something I’d not done before. Definitely taught me a lot about my own instrument!

There’s something so amusing about revoicing a fire element, which also happens to be a sentient being. Mimicking the character’s moody disposition in my own face helped gather a real frustration from my performance.

Recording this collab was slightly different, as I had not seen this film before! To prepare, I watched this clip multiple times, while readying for the voice-change, as I revoiced two characters. I always enjoy voice acting in an American accent!

This is such a childhood favourite movie of mine, so had the best time recording this! This was also the first ‘revoicing’ collab that I did, and was so excited to see it all come together in the end.
